Refund policy

At Edge Design Center, we stand by the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of our tools and hygiene standards, we do not offer refunds. Exchanges or store credit will only be issued for items that arrive defective or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 15 days of receipt.

To begin the process:
Email us at info@edgedesignctr.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos showing the damage or defect

We’ll review your request and provide instructions for return or exchange if eligible.

Return Conditions
Approved returns must meet the following:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • All returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees

Exchange or Store Credit Only
If your return is approved:

  • You will receive either an exchange for the same item (if available)
    OR
  • Store credit for the original purchase amount (excluding shipping)

We do not issue refunds under any circumstances.

Shear Sharpening

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our shear sharpening service, we do not offer refunds. We take great care to ensure the highest quality of workmanship, and our sharpening process is carefully tailored to your specific tools. If you have any concerns regarding the service, please contact us, and we will be happy to address them.

Digital Products, Courses, Coaching

Due to the nature of digital products and personalized coaching, all sales are final. This includes digital downloads, online courses, and 1:1 coaching.

  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of instant access, all sales are final.
  • Courses: Because content is available immediately, we do not offer refunds.
  • Coaching: Sessions are non‑refundable; rescheduling may be available—contact us.
